Target Practice

I feel like a real mommy today.

Baby G successfully covered me in bodily fluids of all sorts. I lost my pants this afternoon after I felt an alarmingly warm, wet spot spread across my lap. (No, not from me - though I did wonder for a second!)

Later, Baby G threw up and shared half the wealth with me. During the next feeding, she missed the burp rag and spit up down my arm. (And I still haven't managed a shower, making me smell, not just feel, like a milk cow).

Thirty minutes ago, she had her once-a-day blowout. In transit to her room to change her, the contents oozed down the other arm.

At this rate, I will be washing my clothes as much as I wash hers, my cashmere sweaters won't be unpacked until they are no longer fashionable and my perfume will be Eau de Baby.

I gave up changing both of our clothes, so she is happily dining away in her birthday suit and a diaper.

It's a good thing she is so cute.
