One last-minute ticket to DC: $450 (paid for by client).
Two trips to Starbucks for cups of hot water for "Mother's Milk" tea (so Baby Girl doesn't starve when I return home): $5 (for the two muffins I bought to assuage myself of any guilt for feeling cheap).
Discovering you're related (by marriage) to a good friend: Priceless.
As it turns out, Oliver and I are third cousins-in-law.
It's a small world.

You know you are LDS when you can figure out that you are third cousins-in law with a good friend!
